Description

This specimen features a distinctive apophyllite complete stalactite formation with blue-gray chalcedony stalks that form the core of the stalactite. The gray-blue chalcedony stalactite is densely covered with intergrown that formed an arch, very fine, and gem-quality apophyllite crystals. The prism and very acute dipyramid form this uncommon aesthetic stalactitic grouping of clear apophyllite. This apophyllite has been repaired on the arch side of both stalactites due to breakage in the process of extraction from the quarry in November 2022.
